PIM helps employers produce high-quality career videos that showcase their occupations and career paths. These videos are shared with local students and workforce development organizations to promote career exploration and job awareness within the community.

Through these videos, students gain real-world insight into each profession — including what the day-to-day work looks like, the required education and training, and potential earnings. Each video links to the employer’s profile page, where students can view current job openings in their area.

Career videos also strengthen employer branding and community awareness, helping organizations clearly communicate “What We Do” to future talent.

Program fee: We are asking for your help.  First, we will provide you with a free account so your organization is listed within the community.  Second, consider working with us to develop a WBL opportunity for local students.

 

Development and posting of these WBL experiences are at no cost.

A full program for the Employers Recruiting Account is an annual $1,500 and it is 100% tax deductible for our custom service.

Through PIM’s Program Partner initiative, employers and associations can sponsor a school’s Program of Study to strengthen local career pathways and workforce connections.

PIM can assist employers, associations, and schools with video production services.  Groups can use their video content footage and we can edit into recruiting videos or for digital marketing.  

​

We also have the ability for full video production services.  Beginning with planning and technical meetings to film day.  PIM uses a technology with ability to film remotely through a recording software and a phone.  

 

This allows us to provide very cost-effective services.  Typical videographers charge up to $1,000 a minute for these videos our process allows for cost savings.

Pathways in Motion is provideing resourses and funding to develop new programs and positions for apprenticeships

The "Earn and Learn" training model for CO-OP programs and Registered Apprenticeship provides a unique combination of structured learning with on-the-job training from an assigned mentor. Related instruction, technical training or other certified training is provided by apprenticeship training centers, technical schools, community colleges, and/or institutions employing distance and computer-based learning approaches.
